Key Areas:- 

• Calibration/TNI/Audits/Quality Sessions/Shadowing/Live Barging
• Ability of listening, writing and speaking effectively.
• Good Knowledge of Description of – Parameters / Weightage/Legend
• Planning Refresher Batches/Fast Track Training Calendar
• Good Skills of presentation and reporting
• Giving feedback on a regular basis and conduct meetings with the operations, to bridge the gaps in the process
• Publishing monthly/weekly Dashboards to the Operations
