2. DOTS-Plus Site Medical Officer: 01 post

4. District PPM (Public Private Mix) Coordinator: 02 posts

5. Tuberculosis Health Visitor (TBHV): 01 post

6. Counsellor: 01 post

7. DRTB & TB HIV Coordinator: 01 post

8. Senior Treatment Supervisor (STS): 24 posts

9. District Consultant: 03 posts

10. Facility level Quality Manager: 01 post

11. General Duty Medical Officer: 26 posts

Age Limit: 

Candidates maximum age should be 40 years for Post No.1, 2, 3, 10 to 16, 62 years for remaining Posts as on 01-01-2015. Age relaxation is admissible for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates as per Govt norms.

Educational Qualification: 

Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degree with Diploma in Computer Application for Post No.1 to 3, 10+2 (at least 50% marks) with Diploma in Computer application & Typing speed of 40 wpm in English and local language for Post No.4, MBBS or equivalent degree from institution for Post No.5, MBA/ PG Diploma in Management/ Health Administration Post No.6, Post Graduate (at least 50% marks) & One year experience for Post No.7. Selection Process: 

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview.

Application Fee: 

Candidates have to pay Rs. 100/- (Rs. 50/- for Reserved categories) in form of Demand draft drawn in favour of District Health & Family Welfare Samiti (AC: Main Samity), Murshidabad payable at Berhampur.
