*Source relevant profiles as per the requirement and build pipeline 

*Conduct PIR for the candidates to understand the profile fitment

*Coordinate with operations for interview and share feedback

*Maintain hiring MIS to generate business reports*Maintain desired " Quality of Hire" as per organisational standards
