Required Sales Executive - Residential Sales (only Male & Mba's) for Nahar Builders Ltd, mumbai, india

Job Description:

1) Attending walk-in clients and convincing them in purchasing properties as per their likes.

2) doing market survey of near by project

3) handling sales of residential projects

4) Participating in events and exhibitions

5) Conversion of walk ins and prospective clients into customers

6) preparing prospective clients summary and maintaining necessary MIS reports.

Candidate who has completed MBA (marketing) should only apply.

Salary:INR 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 P.A
