Applications are invited from the citizens of India for filling up the following temporary positions for the sponsored project undertaken in the Centre for Technology Alternatives for Rural Areas (CTARA) of this Institute. The positions are temporary initially for a period of 1 Year and tenable only for the duration of the project. Position & Salary Project Research Assistant (1 Post )

Consolidated salary Rs.21000 – 31000/- p.m.

Qualification Bachelors degree in relevant Engineering disciplines

MA/MSc/MCA/Mcom/MBA or equivalent

BA/B.Sc./ equivalent degree with 2 Years ExperienceExperience in nutrition and health related areas preferred

Job Profile Nutrition product formulation, quality testing, nutrition counselling, data collection in association with the collaborating institutions, participate in the project review meetings and report writing

Position & Salary Project Research Associate (1 Post )

Consolidated salary Rs.28000 – 42000/- p.m.

Qualification

B.Tech./B.E/M.A/M.Sc./M.CA/MBA or equivalent with 3 Years Experience

Experience in food technology, nutrition and health related areas preferred

Job Profile Supervise the work of IITB team in the multi-institutional nutrition project. The candidate hired would be expected to co-ordinate the project activities such as food manufacture, delivery and distribution in synergy with collaborating organisations, data analysis and interpretations. The candidate will liase with the team leaders of the project partners and various stakeholders for smooth conduct of the project activities, participate in the project review meetings and report writing.
