Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment. Understanding of US Tax Terms like W2, Corp 2 Corp, 1099. Understanding and screening capability in various technologies/ tools. Good understanding US Staffing statutory requirements, HR and contracting process, pay rates etc, experience in w2, C2C , Contract to hire positions. Ability to work on multiple requirements and source quality profiles. Tracking the record of delivering recruited resources and excellent client interfacing skills Good communication skills and good business acumen.

Educational Qualifications: 

MBA (HR/Finance) 

B.Tech 

Personal Skills: 

Good Communication Skills 

Willing to work independently 

Good Knowledge on Excel and Outlook
