Position: HR Recruiter 

Salary: INR 10,000 - INR 13,000 (Neg) + Incentives

Job Role: 

1. Understanding the client companies and their requirements well 

2. Source the right profiles as per the JD provided 

3. Pre-screening the profiles by having a proper telephonic conversation 

4. Forward the relevant profiles further to the manager/client for the review 

5. Following up during the interview process and having a proper update on the feedback 

6. Handling all the after selection formalities to be done like salary negotiation, signing the offer letter, resignation from the current company, joining date negotiation, medicals, Payments, Visa, joining tickets. 

7. Rigorous follow up with the candidates and the reporting manager until the final closing. 

8. Keeping both reporting manager and the candidate updated with the profile status.
