Detail Of Post:

Position: Research Associate (Real Estate Laws)

Remuneration: Rs. 25,000 per month (fixed)

Essential Criteria: i. Master’s Degree i n Law with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university; ii. Good knowledge of latest national and international research trends and developments in the fields of Real Estate Laws; iii. Ability to conceptualize and organize international training workshops and brainstorming online/on-site discussions apart from teaching/Research; iv. Fluency in English language.

Highly desirable: i. Experience in teaching/research in premier law universities/colleges/firms in the area of Real Estate Laws; ii. National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET; iii. Excellent inter-personal and team-building skills; iv. Ability to innovate and to improve academic programmes or services and to pursue interesting new ideas and new methods;

Selection Procedure:

Written Test on 20/02/2016.

Shortlisted candidates will undertake face to face interview.

Walkin Procedure:

This appointment is initially for one year’s duration and may be renewed depending upon the performance of the incumbent and the needs of the University. The University retains the discretion not to make any appointment to this vacancy, to make an appointment at a lower remuneration, or to make an appointment with a modified job description and to fix revised qualification and requirements. Reporting time for walk in Interview: Saturday, 20th February, 2016 at 1000 hrs (No candidate shall be considered for walk in interview after 1000 hrs.) Candidates are required to bring three copies of their resume with photograph on each copy, original & one set of photocopy of their Academic certificates, Experience certificate and other documents. Qualified female, reserved category, minority candidates are strongly encouraged. Entitlements and benefits: Casual leave and HPL as per GNLU regulations.
