• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in English Language written and verbal both
• Prior Customer service experience is a must
• Customer centric mind set is required
• Good in observations and has analytics bend of mind
• Excellent Knowledge of SQL with experience preferred

• Responsible for delivery of the defined customer experience
