Job Details:

• Candidates Must have Good Communication skills with US /neutral accent
• Candidates Must have Experience in US Healthcare especially in RCM Functions like
• EOB Review, Payment posting, Correspondence review, Bad Debt, Appeals process, Denial Management, Account Receivables
• Good verbal and written Communication Skills , Analytical and problem solving skills, Issue identification and resolution
• Strong analytical skills with in-depth understanding of RCM Process
• Must be PC literate and able to proficiently navigate MS Office tools
• Typing speed min 30 wpm and good experience in documentation.
• Prior experience in handling customer calls is a must
• Willing to work in US shift timings
• Candidates Must have Minimum work experience required  1 year
