KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Meet the allocated direct agri targets, identify and source potential pledge customers Maintain disbursement productivity on month on month basis Organize Gram Sabhas / Gram Sabha Fairs at regular intervals, to maintain relationship with farmers, aggregators and input dealers Portfolio Management: Ensure robust portfolio is maintained Maintain delinquency levels

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENT

Minimum aggregate of 50% in the qualifying exam M. Sc Agri or MBA/ PGDM in Agri Business Management

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

1-3 years

TECHNICAL SKILLS PREFERRED

Reading, writing and understanding of the local language is must. Knowledge on loan documentation, pre & post disbursement activity Preferably with knowledge of rural dynamics and culture

BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS PREFERRED

Be self-driven with a passion to excel in Agri Banking. Good team worker and should be able to connect with local farmers.
