Responsibility for conceptualizing Design and Execution of Focal Points and Windows in the Store

Planning, conceptualizing design & executing VM for events

Ensure standardization of visual presentation of Merchandise

Management of Signage’s for in-store & brands

Space on hire installation

Cost monitoring for VM & ensuring spends are within budgets

Management of VM props & elements
