Position Summary:

Work on Android code base for customizing for Car Infotainment Systems based on the requirements. 

Work on core Android frameworks for feature completion, performance and stability improvements.

Job Responsibilities: 

Porting, enhancing and customizing existing android modules to infotainment systems.

Design, implement, validate and roll out assigned software component into project source repository.

Setting up the test frameworks and Resolve technical issues. 

Close cooperation with other leaders and projects managers

Basic Qualifications: 

Must have strong experience in Core Java Programming language

Understanding of Design patterns

3-5 years of experience, with strong understanding of core java and 

Android platform

Strong understanding of Thread concepts are essential

Working knowledge of C/C++ 

Understanding of IPC mechanism like, binder and sockets

OS Concepts: Linux / Android. 

Excellent Debugging skill,

Tools: Repo, GIT, Android source build system

Positive attitude towards work (Dynamic)

Good English skills (writing, documenting, conversation)

Preferred Qualifications & Desired Competencies: 

B.E. in Electronics, Computers or Similar

3 - 7 years of overall experience

Experience in Automotive domain will be preferred
