Job Description:
1. Accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience.

2. Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent.

Candidate Profile:
Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 1 - 3 yrs exp in Graphic Design with Masters in Visual Arts or equivalent

Must Have Skills:
1. User Interface Design-Desktop

2. Fluent in professional English & should be able to explain design rational behind creatives

3. An overall understanding of web production & the capabilities within digital channels

4. Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign Should be a team player perfectionist flexible autonomous with a sense of urgency

Good to Have Skills:
1. Knowledge of Print Design, Video, After Effects, Cinema, Cinema 4D, HTML/CSS

2. Collaborate with Creative Director, UX Specialist & Art Director to design engaging memorable concepts & final execution

3. Understand art direction & integrate feedback

4. Ability to embrace design guidelines and still deliver fresh design solutions

5. Review final work & ensure delivered files are as per quality standards of the agency

6. Ability to fully execute, design & develop dynamic & outof-thebox logo brochure and pitchbook design solutions

7. Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into clear visualsolution
