1. Develop applications and logic based on requirements

2. Troubleshoot and resolve errors/issues

3. Create documentation for developed code

4. Other duties as assigned

Candidate Profile:
Education: MBA or B.Tech in any discipline

Must Have Skills:
1. C# .NET 3.5+

2. ASP.NET

3. Object-oriented programming concepts

4. Basic understanding of T-SQL

Nice to Have Skills:
1. WCF

2. AppFabric

3. MSMQ

4. Workflow foundation

5. Dependency injection

6. Linq

7. ORM (nHibernate, Entity Framework, …)

8. Design patterns

Good Knowledge:
1. Software development process

2. Documentation writing
