1. Handling End to End IT Recruitment.

2. Screening, Sourcing and Scheduling.

3. Sourcing the right candidates through job portals like Naukri, indeed etc.

4. Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration and selection.

5. Offer Releasing and following up with candidates till joining.

6. Effectively using personal network, employee referrals to close the position.

7. Daily updating employee database.

8. Maintaining leave records and attendance updates.

9. Salary processing and ensuring timely, payment of salaries.

10. Employee engagement activities & Vendor Management.
