Job Description:
1. Using analytics to influence multiple departments, increasing their productivity and effectiveness to achieve strategic goals.

2. Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations that help shape our business roadmap.

3. High degree of comfort in mining large datasets to find trends and problems, then communicate and drive corrective action.

4. Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions across India payments business units.

5. High degree of comfort to own/lead statistical/quantitative analysis and reach sound conclusions and disseminate findings to key stake holders and/or senior management.

Candidate Profile:
Basic Qualifications:
1. Master’s Degree in Management, Math, Engineering, Finance, Statistics, or related discipline.

2. 2+ years experience in driving business insights through large, complex data sets at BFSI/Ecommerce/Retail/Telco domains.

3. Strong Technical skills (SQL and R, or any other statistical analysis package).

4. Experience with advanced statistical techniques and methods.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Inquisitive mindset, with proven problem solving ability, and a passion for big data.

2. Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and generate innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

3. Demonstrate proficiency with various approaches in regression, classification, and cluster analysis

4. Knowledge and experience in data visualization/reporting software (e.g., Tableau).

5. Exposure to Product management.

6. Strong verbal/written communication & data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
