Job Description:
1. Serving as Middle office and handle client’s day to day queries

2. Responsible to handle payments/check cases

3. Need to meet all the applicable KPI’s for the business

4. Effective Analytical skills are required to ensure that correct action is taken on each transaction

5. Interact with LOB partners for a quick resolution of issues.

6. Be a key contributor to business initiatives that require subject matter expertise.

Education: Graduate (Any stream)
