Job Description:

1. Support the analysis, design, build, test and delivery of Java solutions as required

2. Manage/ escalate risks and issues through to resolution. Implement solutions to prevent repetition of known issues/ risks and share knowledge of lessons learned.

3. Conduct testing to ensure successful deployment/ implementation of all developments or new applications.

4. Stakeholder Management and Leadership

5. Understand and manage internal customer, and team, expectations, developing and maintaining excellent relationships throughout.

6. Provide effective technical/ Support/ customer/ team communications throughout development/ warranty/maintenance cycles as required.

Candidate Profile:

Technical Skills:

1. Strong Hands on experience working on Java applications development using spring-core and spring-mv framework

2. String Core Java skills

3. Must have prior experience in REST/SOAP webservices

4. Strong understanding WAS, JBoss and Tomcat servers

5. Experience developing using ORM tools like Hibernate

6. Experience in handling Collections, JDBC, Multi-threading

7. Experience in developing web services using JAX-WS,JAX-RS,JAX-B and Java web-frameworks

8. Knowledge on HTML,CSS and Javascript

9. Experience using development tools RAD, ANT and Maven
