Job Description:

• As Senior Accounts your responsibilities includes but not restricted to implementing, maintaining effective accounting processes and manuals, internal controls, compliance, to ensure timely and accurate preparation and reporting of financial statements.
• You will be responsible for:
• Implementing and follow best accounting practices and policiesAll related tax compliance like Direct tax, service tax etc Filing all income tax returns and ensuring all assessments are in place.
• Ensuring seamless accounting processes with adequate internal controlsEnsuring monthly, quarterly and annual accounting close in compliance with Latest Accounting standards and Companies' Act provisionsCoordinating statutory audits of financial statements
• Ensuring monthly TDS, service tax etc. are paid in timeConstantly endeavouring to bring in efficiency in existing processes and systemsPreparing asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information Maintaining various kinds of reports of the company assigned such as Accounts, Collections and MIS reports.
• Scrutinizing expenditures of the company and ensure that they are within the budget Scrutinizing profit center report and cost center report and ensuring that company is keeping books of accounts updated and posting is being done correctly.
• Scrutinizing and reviewing monthly fund requirement of the Company Scrutinizing and preparing annual fixed cost budget for the Company.
• Looking after legal compliance and liaising with the company secretary for redress Liaising with CA for resolution of queries raised and providing assistance as and when required Petty Cash maintenance and auditData entry in Tally ERP 9Raising Invoices & POs Vetting Bills and DocumentsPreparing Cheques and vouchers Maintaining Registers: fixed Assets and other statutory registers
