Job Description:
1. Work closely with the product development team, the quality assurance team, and the customer service team
2. Learn and understand complex technical concepts and procedures
3. Gather information from different sources
4. Analyze, understand, and check the software design documents
5. Analyze, understand, and compare the product versions
6. Use software prototypes to verify procedures
7. Derive and develop basic testing procedures and applications to verify procedures
8. Coordinate with other Technical Writers and Information Architects
9. Work in a collaborative environment to create modular, version-based documentation
10. Plan, organize, and write customer documentation for an SAP-based, integrated software solution
11. Write and edit customer documentation in a clear and concise style
12. Create and edit graphical elements, including illustrations and screenshots
13. Meet all the requirements specified in the style, writing, and coding guidelines and templates
14. Perform reviews of documents and verify the completeness and correctness of the structure and content
15. Perform all required post-processing actions
16. Perform revisions, update, and maintenance of existing contents
