Job Description:

1. Following the specifications for documentation, both client or company provided

2. Maintaining records for all assigned projects, including archiving

3. Ensuring getting feedback from customers and supporting implementation of customer management tactics

4. Controlling/reducing the cost of content development, cycle time, and error rates in projects

5. Adhering to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications: M.Pharm

Experience: 0 - 1 year of experience as a technical writer

Desired Skills:

1. Flair for medical services/medico-marketing/healthcare/creative/technology domain

2. Excellent communication and articulation skills

3. Excellent command of English

4. Excellent writing and communication skills

5. Ability to learn technical information quickly

6. Should be proactive in seeking information
