Job Description:

1. Determine content needs for a course based on The learning objectives, Profile of participants, Client Requirement.

2. Create new content based on the requirements

3. Map relevant content from Knolskape’s repository to an appropriate course

4. Come up with story lines aligned to specific competencies for Simulations, Interactive videos

5. Develop case studies to create a repertoire, that can be used in training programs

6. Prepare aids for program delivery including Power point presentations, Facilitator Guides, Participant Guides, Assessment Questions

7. Review, Proofread and edit content to ensure defect free delivery

8. Assist in designing courses

Candidate Profile:

Required Skills:

1. Any Bachelor’s Degree with exposure to Business Concepts, MBA Preferred

2. At least 1 - 2 years of experience in developing content for Corporates, Designing Courses

3. Familiar with e-learning tools will be an added advantage
