Job Description: 

1. Deliver new functionality for the internal production platform and the client delivery platform for the ESG Business.

2. Monitor and optimize application performance.

3. Closely collaborate with Product Management, Quality Assurance, Data Operation and IT Infrastructure on all stages of software development life cycle.

Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience: 3 to 6 years of Software Development Experience.

Desired Skills:

1. Ruby software development.

2. Web Services/Application Development.

3. Relational Databases, especially Oracle OR any NoSQL databases.

4. Ruby database libraries such as Sequel, Active Record. Experience with similar libraries in other programming languages (e.g. Hibernate, Django) is also acceptable.

5. Javascript development frameworks, especially EXT JS.

6. Source code control systems, especially Git.

7. Database tools such as SQL Developer.

8. Good Communication skills required for working as part of a geographically distributed software development team.
