Job Description
Proven skills of marketing consultants on bench with Tier 1 Vendors/Direct clients
Must have good track record of maintaining the database of Clients and to understand their needs as per their specialties.
Must be able to fetch from different job portals and able to do rate negotiation with clients.
Must be able to build a good relationship with the candidates. Must be able to work on Target basis with limited timeframe to achieve targets and results.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem resolution. Excellent planning, time management, communication, decision-making,
presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Results oriented. Ability to plan week, month, and quarter with proven results.
Knowledge of key recruiting skills, including various sourcing, candidate selection, selling and negotiating techniques, as well as candidate management system.
Must be able to multi-task and handle multiple opportunities at one time.
Ability to work in a very high volume, fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
Proven ability to work independently.
Flexibility to work in night shifts
