Job Description:

1. Manage inbound and outbound calls from Spanish Customers and addressing issues pertinent to their work.

2. Handle Customer Services, Escalations, Special Queries and Feedback in Spanish proficiently.

3. Must speak Spanish clearly, accurately and articulately.

4. Documenting summaries of conversation in perfect English on the Company ERP.

5. Strict adherence to schedule and meeting deadlines.

Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:

Any Graduate with Diploma in Spanish Language

Skills: 

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English languages.

2. Extremely fluent in speaking Spanish as well as understanding and speaking its dialect.

3. Strong ability to understand the Customers’ requirements immediately and interpret / frame a response appropriately without any translation tools.

4. Must be able to immediately switch between English and Spanish languages based on the Customer’s way of speaking.

5. Must be self-starter, self-disciplined and highly organized.

6. Must possess strong work ethics, be team oriented and highly dependable.
