Job Description: 

Roles& Responsibilities:

Answer calls, monitor mail boxes and log incident / service request based on issue notified by clients
Analyse and interpret the requests to ensure the classification, prioritisation and escalation of the requests are correct
Try to resolve issues where ever possible within agreed SLA
Work closely with colleagues to ensure the swift resolution of faults and the user and/or client are kept updated on the progress in relation to the resolution of the fault
Escalate to L2 engineers unresolved issues or according to defined process
Produce breach and other reports that are necessary for the correct operation of processes
Identify failures and short-comings in current processes and come up with recommendations


Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). People with International call experience preferable
1-2yrs experience in customer handling role
Basic understanding of desktop troubleshooting (for EUC) and network concepts (for NW SD)
Any training / certification on Microsoft / Cisco technologies will be added advantage (not mandatory)
Basic understanding on Incident & request management. Advantageous if ITIL foundation certified
