REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

To ensure End to End processing of Group business which Included New Business and Policy Servicing.
Regulatory compliances for all New Business and Policy Servicing communication to clients.
MIS & Reporting.
Processing Group New Business which includes Proposal Set up, Receipting, Member upload and Issuance.
Processing Group Policy servicing like Mid Joiner, Mid Leaver, Cancellation and Refund.
Close coordination with Sales for reduction & resolution of complaint cases, if any.
Committed TATs are met consistently

Qualification: Minimum Graduation in any stream is mandatory

Experience: Insurance experience preferable
