Job Description:

Promising career in the field of commercial vehicle finance division
Identification of right Customers, Customers' interaction, servicing & relationship building
Establishing New Business Networks & achieving desired goals
Commercial vehicle Loan processing, financing, collections and recovery
Learn entire Gamut of Business activities of Branches / Regional Offices / Zonal Offices.
Upon successful completion of Training and Probation, MT will be confirmed as Assistant Manager at any of our branches

Skills Required:

An effective communicator with good inter-personal, leadership skills, presentation and negotiation skills.
Self motivator, team player and quick learner.

Eligibility:

Only Male candidates
Passed out BE/ BTECH/ MBA/ PGDM (Any specialization) with First Class.
Only 2016 /2017 Batch candidates are eligible.
Age not more than 25 years (i.e., born on or after 01/01/1992)
Those who have attended the process in last 3 months are not eligible.
Selection Procedure: Online Aptitude Test followed by Interview for the shortlisted candidates.

Compensation: CTC Rs.2.44 - 2.75 L.P.A during Training & Probation period.
