- Job Location Noida 

- Industry Preferred BPO / KPO / ITES
- Atleast a commerce graduate / B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Or any diploma in commerce / F&A )
-  Must have 2-3 years of experience in handling Inbound operations in a BPO as Team Lead
- Candidate should be comfortable with a shifts in between 8am-12pm
- Cab facility would be provided
 
Roles & Responsibilities

Managing Team Associates for Inbound / Outbound Process
Client Co-ordination
Meeting process KPI
Should have an experience in International Process
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Good at creating leadership level presentations
Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
Data management and detail oriented
Ability to multitask, handle stress and work with people at all levels
