Skills: 

Excellent Communication Skills

Proactively communicating with various teams within the client.

Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Should be flexible to work in night shifts & rotational Shift 

Should be interested to work for a BPO

Experience in an International call center also preferred.

Providing excellent customer service support to customers during every single interaction

Resolving technical issues (hardware and software) from incoming internal or external businesses and end user's contacts Assisting end users to avoid or reduce problem occurrences

Taking client system on remote and resolving the issue

Escalation and reproduction of technical issues for the development team

Troubleshooting Hardware / Networking/OS related queries of our global customers

Salary: up to2.8 Lpa

Interview Location: Bangalore

Work Location: Bangalore

Interview Mode: Face to Face
