JOB DESCRIPTION-

WE ARE HIRING FOR ON PREM

1) ON PREM

*Experience with and understanding of mail transport fundamentals (POP/IMAP/SMPT), as well as networking fundamentals.

*Includes, but not limited to knowledge of DNS, Message Trace Tools, MX and SPF Records, Block Lists, SPAM, Email Filtering and Virus Protection.

*Basic understanding of Active Directory

*Overall understanding of Networking concepts, DNS, Routing, DHCP, Firewall, load balancers and other networking hardwares.
*Basic understanding of Microsoft Exchange server or other mail systems.

*Auto discover / Outlook connectivity / OWA / ActiveSync / Mailbox Store / MRM / Public folders / EWS / Free-Busy / Mail routing / SMTP relay / Recipient configuration / e-discovery/Discovery search Preferred.


SHAIRPOINT

1. Configuration and maintenance of a SharePoint Server

2.Should be good at resolving MS SQL Server Query.

3.Must have ability to interact with foreign customers - good communication.

4.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Resolving technical queries from international customers (B2B or Enterprise support)


Key Skills Required:

OSI Layers , OSI Model, Active directory, Global Catalog, Infrastructure roster, DNS Records, IP Configuration, Port Numbers, IP Catalog, VPN Technologies, Internet and Proxy setting, PING, DORA, DC Promos, IP Networking, HTTP, CCNA.




Good Experience of Networking concepts:

DNS, Routing, DHCP, Firewall, load balancers and other networking hardwares

In-depth Knowledge of Windows Server 2008\2012

In-depth Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange server or other mail systems

In-depth Understanding of on premise Exchange 2007/2010/2013

Auto discover / Outlook connectivity / OWA / ActiveSync / Mailbox Store / MRM / Public folders / EWS / Free-Busy / Mail routing / SMTP relay / Recipient configuration / e-discovery/Discovery search Preferred .

Job Location - Sarita Vihar

Salary - 3.3 lac per annum+ handsome incentives

Only good communication skill will be considered ..

Eligibility Criteria :

Min HSC or 10+3 passed. B.E /B.Tech. MBA. MCA are eligible

Mandatory 1 year of experience (preferably into a troubleshooting profile)

Excellent Communication Skills

Comfortable working in night shifts

Ready to sign Service Agreement of 1 year
