Profile- Relationship Manager/ Relationship Officer (Direct Marketing)
Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned)
-Work on assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit thats made to customer
-Cross sell and up sell Exide Life Insurance products based on the life cycle needs of the customers and as defined by the organization.
-Meeting the customers to solicit insurance products based on appointments in the course of daily activities
-Strict adherence to organizations policies and processes.
-Demonstrate competence in target marketing to specific prospects
-Good influencing and negotiation skills.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position):
-Work experience in sales or Freshers who are interested in sales role
-Should be a Graduate ( any discipline)
-Should be mobile savvy and must carry an android phone
-2 Wheeler is must
-Age below 30 yrs
-Go-getter
-High on energy with positive outlook.
-Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Profile- Deputy Channel Development Manager( Agency Channel)
Recruit /Train FCs and advisors.
Should have minimum 3 years of experience into insurance selling.
Act as a mentor, coach for the team to drive Business/Sales Targets
Enhance FC earnings based on vintage.
Focusing on advisor and FC retention.
Focus on Customer retention.
Generate sales leads through Financial Consultants and advisors by upselling and cross selling of product mix
Branch development through recruitment and social networking skills
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES & COMPETENCIES
Strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor team of FCs and advisors
Applicant must be excellent at selling skills and social networking skills
Should be well conversant in the local language and must have excellent communication skills
THRESHOLD CRITERIA
Applicant must have stayed in the same location/vicinity for more than 2 years
