RakSan is looking to hire for its internal requirements, experts in recruiting operations with end to end understanding and hands on experience of min 2+ and maximum 10+ years in handling end-end US staffing operations.

We have multiple positions - Junior to Senior Level experts.  Incumbents must be gurus of US  C-C experience and should be able to engage and connect with right prospect candidates without depending on the job boards and subscription based methods. These position are based out of Hyderabad, India and pay is open and negotiable for qualified and top performing candidates.We already have an top notch team with 15+ members catering to our clients. To embark on the next level of our growth we are seeking top notch high performance individuals. 

US day time working hours are a critical requirement of this position, so excuse us if not keen on participating in such relays. Desired Skills and Experience

Incumbents must strictly match the following requirements:

Quick joining time of 15 or lesser days. Open to purchase notice for right candidates.

Excellant soft skills with high quality spoken, phone and email abilities matching US markets

Pure 3+ years of proven recruitment/staffing experience in fulfilling US recruitment process

Will to work in grey shifts for sure with no exceptions.

Present locally around Hyderabad or desiring to shift on offer making

Team leading and practice leading abilities depending on level of expereince

Must have an excellent reuseable vendor network

Ability to source profiles using non traditional digital methods and not overdepending on job boards
