Job description:

Ability to design, implement and lead complex PRPC solutions in effective and efficient manner

* Experience of Agile SCRUM and Waterfall SDLC methodologies

* Must have worked on project(s) from scratch (Requirement gathering till Post PROD Support) in large organization

* Expert knowledge of the PRPC security model, PRPC architecture, reporting & performance tuning. 

* Experience and expertise in Pega standards to ensure systems are built for change, are reusable, and are maintainable

* Must have hands-on experience in 

a) Designing Enterprise Layer Class Structure and 

b) Integration Connectors & Services esp. SOAP, HTTP

Desired Skills and Experience:

   Design reviews

* Excellent People mentoring and leadership skills

* Experience in Client facing roles.
