Position Description:

"Experience is 2-4 Yrs, Hands on, in the trenches experience with enterprise monitoring tools and platforms such as Dynatrace, DCRUM, Gomez, AppDynamics MS SCOM, HP-Site Scope, Solarwinds etc…. 

• Experience with installation, configuration, tuning, upgrades, daily administration and disaster recovery of monitoring tools and platforms. 

• Strong understanding of key monitoring concepts and best practices as they apply to enterprise infrastructure, enterprise software architecture and distributing computing environments. 

• Experience with infrastructure monitoring including network, compute, storage, database as well as application performance monitoring, logging and time series metrics. 

• Experience in designing, implementing and supporting high availability enterprise monitoring solutions using a combination of COTS packages and open source solutions. 

• Evolving and scaling monitoring solutions to meet product and traffic demands. 

• Preferred Experience and Soft Skills 

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain DynaTrace/DCRUM servers

Support onboarding new applications in Dynatrace/DCRUM

Monitor the health of Dynatrace agents

Deploy new Dynatrace agents

Build new reports, measures, and dashboards based on requirements

Alert documentation/run books

Defect management

License utilization & capacity reporting"
