Job Description:


Dell Walk In Drive For Freshers/Experienced On 8th - 10th May 2013


* Supporting technical issues related to computers faced by  Dell customers in India & UK.
   
* Tech Support will be primarily on software & Hardware issues in Desktops, Laptops & other peripheral devices.
   
* The profile is a blend of Tech Support & Sales.

Requirements:

* Work Experience ranging between 0 to 30 months.

* Engineering/MCA Graduates with a minimum 6 months of International Tech Support Voice Experience may apply.

* Graduates freshers may apply.

* Should be open to work in rotational shifts.

* Good spoken English.

* Good Selling and Technical Skills.

* Candidates with Customer Service background interested in Tech support can also apply
