Candidate Profile:
Candidates from B.Sc/B.Com/BA/BBA/BCA/B.E& BTech (ONLY CS, Electronic, Electrical & Instrumentation) any recognized university.
M.Tech, MBA & MCA (or equivalent) NOT eligible.
Excellent Spoken English skills is a MUST.
Candidates should not be part of any Regular Academic course.
Should be willing to work in Night Shifts (Rotational shifts)
Should be ready to work in either Technical & Non-Technical VOICE process.
Should possess sound Technical Skills - Windows OS, MS Office, Knowledge of computer hardware, network and Internet services
Should have the ability to analyze and solve customer queries over the phone.
