Eligibility Criteria :

• BE/BTech [IT/CS/ECE/EEE/AE/EI]/MCA
• 2011/2012/2013 batches (Cut off: 65%in Final Degree Only)
• No Current Arrears
• RHCE Added advantage[Not a must]
• Candidates who confirm and do not report for the test will not get future services from SHREDS
• Outside kerala students are also Eligible

Salary:

• Salary for Fresher's - 1.5L to 2L
• Experienced - Not a constrain for right candidate

Selection Process :

• Test: Aptitude(Logical/Mathematical/Verbal)
• GD
• For Outstation candidates, interviews will be finished on 23rdd itself.
• For Keralites, Interviews will be later at the Company Office at Infopark.
• Experienced Candidates: 2yrs+ - Direct Interviews on 23rd
• 1-2 yrs there will be a PHP test followed by Direct Interviews
