Job Description:

• Direct Interaction with customers located in the USA over the Phone/ remote connection support
• Deliver service and support to end-users.
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services;
• Gather customers information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms
• Up-sell appropriate products during the course of the call.
• Handle troubleshooting queries regarding computers, laptops, operating systems and computer hardware update customers on latest information on the product or service.
• Managing and updating customer database based on the troubleshooting performed on the session.
• Adherence to all company policy and procedures. Demonstrate a high degree of integrity in the performance of ones responsibilities. Person is expected to treat all information related to customer database and business line with strict confidence.

Special working condition: 

• Willing to work in shifts, rotating as schedule requires.
• The weekly offs may not necessarily fall on the weekends.
• The candidate should be willing to work on public holidays/festivals if scheduled/required.
• Excellent Verbal communication.

Desired Profile :

Key Objects:

• Provide Voice and chat based troubleshooting support to customers over remote software and resolve Technical queries based on customers query.
• This can be related to any computer/peripherals/networking related issues.
• They will also be responsible for handling customers post registration technical queries, providing post-sale customer service.

Skills Required:

• Should have good verbal and writing skills.
• Problem resolving skills.
• Capability in customer handling either remote or directly.
