• Should be able to do Installation, Maintenance and trouble shooting of Windows base operating system(Windows XP, Windows 2003,Windows 2008,Windows 7)
• Basic knowledge of Operating Systems like Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008 and Linux.
• Should be able to do configuration and maintenance of Ms-Outlook.
• Should be able to do configuration and maintenance of Wireless Routers, Switches etc.
• Sound Knowledge of Data Backup, dealt with data storage devices like DVD-R & External HDD in a networked environment..
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS.
• Strong Knowledge on configuring and maintaining Hardware.
• Basic knowledge of EPBX system (will be an added advantage).
