Job Description:
* Involves providing high quality, real-time assistance to clients for documentation projects. Responsible for processing, editing and formatting of documents in a variety of software and media, and maintaining timely delivery of accurate output.
* Certification in typing and proficiency in MS-Office i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Minimum of 1 year experience in desk top publishing, word processing, data entry or secretarial practice; fresh graduates will be considered

Skills :
* Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute with 99% accuracy
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Adaptability / flexibility
