Job Description:
* Candidates will be responsible for entire pre and post joining formalities.
* Will be responsible for preparation of all joining documents including the statutory forms, Offer Letter/Appointment Letters
* Coordination with different departments for Joining, Induction and Orientation programs
* Statutory Compliances (Knowledge of PF & ESI)
* Updation and maintenance of HR Records (HRIS) in different verticals (Joining Records, Training and Development records, Employee Data Base etc.) and keep the management updated.
* Will be responsible for handling HR Softwares.
* Well versed with the recruitment process and job portals.

Desired Profile:
* Freshers who have done their internship program in generalist functions or candidates with minimum 3 months of experience can apply.
* Candidate should have good communication and presentation skills
* Well versed with MS Excel and other MS Office Tools
* Only Females.
