EcomNets - Human Resources Manager ,Hyderabad - India



Job description:

  1. Provides support and direction to people leaders and employees in regard to Human Resources policies, procedures, talent management, talent acquisition and training. 
  2. Build strong partnership with the business leaders to deliver successful HR solutions and provide consultancy / advice and work closely in developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain the best talent;
  3. Drive projects around talent planning, learning & development and employee engagement
  4. Counsels, orients and trains management, supervisors and employees on the interpretation and administration of human resources policies, disciplinary actions and performance problems. 
  5. Serves as subject matter expert and provides guidance to employees as required. 
  6. Oversees employee relations issues. Assists with employee counseling, discipline, and complaint handling. 
  7. Collaborates with colleagues and team members in talent acquisition, training and other functions to ensure adequate staffing, training, etc. 
  8. Partners with business leaders to achieve organization and business alignment. 
  9. Close collaboration with other HR site leaders to ensure coordination and consistency around HR processes 
  10. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to maintain efficient and effective services.
  11. Ensures compliance with state, local, and Government guidelines and policies to protect the business and its employees.
  12. Operates HRIS system(s) to maintain appropriate data integrity. 
  13. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. 
  14. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies. 
  15. Lead by example - Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  16. Work with Business on Strategic initiatives to support growth and business transformation
  17. To ensure the deployment of holistic HR products/ processes to enhance performance levels.
  18. Maintain an external network on market trends.
  19. Lead and participate in special projects of India region to drive the Human Capital Plan
  20. Provide Strategic direction to the overall business growth via people interventions.
  21. Partnering with independent units and sub units in creating real-time talent engagement and retention.
  22. Ensuring smooth and timely execution of HR Operational activities.
  23. Successful implementation of Performance Management process.
  24. Implementation of career planning process and ensure that maximum employees benefit from career development policies.
  25. Salary is no-constraints for a suitable candidate. 

Desired Skills and Experience

  1. All education levels promoted with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.
  2. Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent 
  3. Post-Graduation in Human Resources preferred.
  4. Professional qualification in Human Resource Management.
  5. Generally requires 6+ years human resources experience at a senior level.
  6. Proven management experience.
  7. Strong communications skills.
  8. Demonstrated success in managing HR programs in an IT Environment (Software Solution only)
  9. Strong analytical skills and drive for continuous improvement 
  10. Strong demonstrated people leadership and relationship skills - within team, peers, superiors
  11. Ability to provide thought leadership, strong sense of ownership with passion to drive results
  12. Conflict resolution and change management skills
  13. Ability to influence others and build alignment on issues
  14. Excellent presentation skills to share HR concepts/Initiatives with business leaders and senior management
  15. Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
  16. Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
  17. Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness
  18. Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation
  19. Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network
  20. Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities
    Ability to influence and drive initiatives with Global HR partners
