Job description:

• Study/understand the product/application.
• Understand the related technology and processes.
• Interview the SMEs and collect the required information.
• Carry out Audience Analysis.
• Carry out Task Analysis.
• Design the documents.
• Develop content/video tutorial using the required documentation tools.
• Review documents - self review and peer review.

Qualifications:

Engineering degree/MA English/Mass communication/Journalism or any post graduate degree.

Experience:

• 6 years of software product documentation experience.
• Experience working in Agile product development
• Excellent technical communication skills with an eye for detail.
• Good technical acumen, ability to understand and interpret highly technical information pertaining to complex software Applications for clear and concise documentation.
• Ability to understand requirements and deliver international quality writing.
• Proficient to expert level in using documentation tools (FrameMaker 9, RoboHelp, Captivate or Camtasia, Illustrator, MSOffice Suite, image editing tools like Paint shop Pro, Photoshop etc).
