Analyst ‑ Editorial Specialist - Hyderabad

Function: U.S. India Enabling Areas

Service Area: DTTL

Service Line/Market Offering: Global Tax & Legal - Marketing and Communications

Work Location: Hyderabad 

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Global Tax & Legal communications and marketing with writing and editing for internal and external channels, such as memos, newsletter articles, and online content
• Stay abreast of Deloitte brand and legal requirements and ensure compliance with legal and brand standards for communications, as appropriate
• Coordinate production and distribution of regularly updated communication vehicles such as internal newsletters and online content
• Work on Tax eminence program by tracking, proofing and editing the content meant for the leadership.
• Support the quarterly internal site content updates and upgrade.
• Serve as an internal social media ambassador, by staying apprised of developments with Deloitte’s internal social media platform (Yammer) and ensuring that comments by members of select groups are answered in a timely manner

Required Skills: 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 
• Strong project management skills 
• Experience with SharePoint 2010 is a plus, but not required 

Business skills

• Key competencies include: excellent skills in English, organization, service excellence, relationship building, oral and written communication; the ability to work in diverse teams; and the ability to complete projects with minimal supervision.
• Intermediate skills working with Microsoft Office applications required
• Familiarity with Chicago Manual of Style, AP Handbook or other editorial standards preferred
• Project management skills
• Basic understanding of social media
• Primary Client: Global Tax & Legal marketing and communications team
• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in graphic design
