Job description:

Participate and or conduct meetings and take detailed notes with Subject Matter Experts (SME) regarding existing roles and responsibilities, processes, tools used and business policies. Create, edit, or enhance process-related documentation such as job aids, process maps and standard operations procedures using MS Word and FS Pro for specific business unit and each role. Identify the types of documents currently in place as well as those required (standard operating procedure, job aid, process maps, etc.) based on the information collected from SMEs.  Priority of documents is Job Aids; AS IS process maps; process enhancements and then SOPs.

Business process Transitioning experience:

• Assist with analyzing existing documentation and plan and coordinate the deliverables (documentation)
• Review all documentation with respective SMEs and obtain business review and approval. 
• Help create documentation to support training initiatives, including user guides and FAQs
• Follow Berkadia governance of documentation process
• Maintain administrative tasks / reports to provide senior managers with status of each document set assigned and once completed/ approved by SME

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Level Degree
• 5+ years of progressive experience in technical writing with a focus on writing standard operating procedures and/or detailed technical user guides for process intensive work functions a must
• Flexible to work in shifts to support a 24x7x365 environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills as well as strong logical, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Financial Domain expirence is added advantage but not mandatory.
• Provide sample of work
