IT Administrator - Assistant Manager (stl) Sandhar Technologies Limited, 3 - 6 yrs exp, Gurgaon , Delhi, All India

Job Description:

1) Networking - Act as SPOC  for the administration and maintenance of network infrastructure including LAN, WAN and internet.

2) Server - He will be responsible for administration and maintenance of file server, FTP  server, Mail server, storage and active directory. He should be well versed with wintel  environment and exposure to Linux/Solaris would be an added advantage.

3) Help Desk Administration - Coordinate with central help desk for timely resolution of issues related to users and interact with internal clients to resolve escalated help desk issues.

4) Manage Internal NOC team - To ensure IT service (ERP, Mail, Internet, MPLS, AD, AV, DLP etc.) availability from corporate data center and also availability of DR during DR drill or switchover during actual disaster.

5) Asset Management - Manage inventory of IT asset like hardware, software and other IT supplies.

6) Project Management - Managing IT projects and knowledge of microsoft project would be an added advantage.

7) Strong Analytical Skill, Self - Motivated, Good Team Player

8) Strong technical troubleshooting skill.
