Job Description:

•  Will be responsible installation & Configuration of O/S (Windows)
• Will provide support for USer Log in , User creation/deletion, account management, Applying policy, Networking issues, Group Policy Management, Active Directory/DHCP & DNS related issues.
• Will be involved in installation & troubleshooting hardware devices. 
• Server management, managing file access permission.
• Will work in 24*7 shift , 6 days working as one need to provide support to Night shift employees.
• This is an internal position with Binary Semantics.

Must have good knowledge in O/S, Servers, Outlook, DNS, Network concepts.

Must have fair communication skills.

Must have professional certification in Windows like MCIP.

Must be willing to work in 24*7 shifts (Not a BPO job)

Must be able to travel as no cabs are provided.
