-Understanding the requirements at length from clients & briefing the same to the prospective candidates. 

-Source candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods. 

-Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for up and coming requirements. -Maintaining a professional & healthy relationship with keacy contacts of client companies 

-Ability to recruit with a sense of urgency. 

- Excellent communication, presentation skills. 

- Be a self-starter and able to work under pressure. 

- MIS report preparation. :
